Organised by Redditch BID, the Redditch Business Awards celebrate the drive, ambition and success that define our local business community. From exciting start-ups to established leaders, the awards recognise the individuals and organisations making a real impact across Redditch.

The most recent ceremony, held on Saturday, 13th September at the Palace Theatre, Redditch, was a standout evening with an electric atmosphere and a true celebration of local success. It was a night filled with pride, energy and recognition, shining a spotlight on Redditch for all the right reasons.

Award categories span a broad range of sectors, from Business of the Year and Employer of the Year to Creative Business of the Year. A particular highlight is the Community Hero Award, which recognises individuals or organisations that go above and beyond to support others and make Redditch a better place to live and work.
