The Redditch Business Awards return for 2025 with more energy, more ambition and more reasons to get involved.

Organised by Redditch BID, this prestigious event celebrates the drive, passion and success that make our local business community so unique. From bold start-ups to established leaders, the awards recognise the people and organisations working hard to make a difference in Redditch.

Last year’s ceremony on Friday 1 November 2024 brought the iconic Redditch Palace Theatre to life with a night full of celebration, emotion and real pride. A packed house. An electric atmosphere. A night that put Redditch in the spotlight for all the right reasons.

This year’s categories highlight a wide range of sectors and achievements, from Business of the Year and Start-Up of the Year to Creative Business of the Year. We are also proud to continue shining a light on everyday champions with the Redditch’s Community Hero Award, recognising someone who goes above and beyond to support others and make Redditch a better place to live and work.

This is more than just an awards night. It is a celebration of who we are, what we stand for and the future we are building together.
